Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ayurruh.in. We take great pride in the quality of our Ayurvedic Hair Oil. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging with the seal intact. Items with broken seals or signs of use cannot be returned due to the nature of personal care products.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we require an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the damage or the wrong item received.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once the product is dispatched, the standard return policy applies.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
